Jim has been an active practitioner in the commercial Real Estate Industry since 1988; partner of a Commercial Real Estate company from 1989 to 2004; and, a member in good standing with the Toronto Real Estate Board for over 26 years.

Jim’s employment history prior to committing to a real estate career involved people oriented vocations, quite often in high stress environments, contributing to his ability to function effectively in the very competitive commercial sector of the Real Estate Industry.

Jim’s primary areas of interest and practice include the purchase and selling of Development Lands for Residential and Commercial endeavours and various Investment Property types.

Jim’s long standing and growing client base are a statement to his considerable people skills and abilities required to function effectively in our demanding and diverse commercial marketplace.
